Speaker Guidelines – Myopia Conclave 2.0
- Time Allocation:
Each speaker has 12 minutes. Please stay within your allotted time. - Time Overrun:
If you exceed by 1 minute, the moderator will notify you once and a bell sound may be played. - Joining Instructions:
Please join via Zoom 15 minutes prior to your session.
Check the schedule and join the correct link (Audi-1 or Audi-2) as per the agenda. - Screen Sharing:
Start sharing your screen only after your introduction.
Do not share during the introduction to avoid disruption to OBS Studio. - After Your Session:
Once your full session (including panel discussion) is complete, please leave Zoom and join via the event platform.
