Bulk Member Import

Upload a .csv or .xlsx file to add or update members in the directory. Existing members are updated; new members are inserted automatically.

Expected Columns

Full Name— Member full name (titles like Mr./Dr. are stripped)

Email ID / Email— Member email address

Membership ID / Unique ID— e.g. UOF-ME-UAE-PRM-2026-00001 or UOF11061

Select Subscription Type / Tier— Premium, Associate, Elite, Student

Zone / Region— Middle East, Africa, Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific

Nationality / Country— Country of the member

Join Date / Start Date / Date— ⭐ Actual membership start date — used to calculate expiry (DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD)

Zone is auto-detected from the Membership ID prefix if the column is missing. Tier defaults to Associate if not determinable. Join Date is critical — without it, expiry is calculated from today's date. Re-importing with a Join Date column will correct expiry for existing members.

Direct DB Fix

Directly updates created_at and expiry_date in the DB for all 59 members from the uploaded CSVs, matched by email. Run this once to fix all wrong dates.

Upload your Excel with a Join Date column to correct created_at and expiry_date for all existing members. Members who joined in 2024 or 2025 will get the correct expiry instead of the import date.

How it works

Add a Join Date column to your existing Excel (DD/MM/YYYY format)
Run a Dry Run first — see what will change without touching the DB
If the preview looks correct, uncheck Dry Run and submit to apply
Download the corrected Excel — it will have updated Join Date + Expiry Date columns
